Account Questions

To create an account, click on the "Sign Up Free" button at the top right of our website. You'll need to provide your email address, create a strong password, and agree to our Terms of Service. After registration, you'll receive a verification email to activate your account.

We require two documents for verification:

  1. Government-issued ID: Passport, driver's license, or national ID card
  2. Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or tax document (not older than 3 months)

Documents must be clear, valid, and show all four corners. For security reasons, we may request additional documentation in some cases.

Our team typically processes verification requests within 1-2 business days. During periods of high volume, it may take slightly longer. You'll receive an email notification once your account has been verified.

Each individual is allowed only one trading account under our Terms of Service. Having multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended. If you need a corporate account or have special requirements, please contact our support team.

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the login page and click "Forgot password"
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account
  3. Check your email for a password reset link (valid for 24 hours)
  4. Create a new strong password following our security requirements

If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact support.

Deposits & Funding

We support multiple deposit methods:

  • Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and other major coins (network confirmation times vary)

Available methods may vary based on your country of residence.

Allmarketshub doesn't charge deposit fees, but payment processors might:

  • Crypto: Network transaction fees only

Always check with your payment provider for exact fees before depositing.

Deposit processing times vary by method:

  • Crypto: 1-3 network confirmations (usually 5-30 minutes)

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method:

  • Crypto: Equivalent of $100

These amounts may differ for certain account types or promotions.

Common reasons for declined deposits include:

  • Insufficient funds in your payment account

Trading Platform

Allmarketshub provides multiple trading platforms:

  • Web Platform: Browser-based with full functionality

All platforms sync in real-time and offer the same account features.

We support all major order types:

  • Market Orders: Execute immediately at current price
  • Limit Orders: Execute at specified price or better
  • Stop Orders: Become market orders when price is reached
  • Stop-Limit Orders: Become limit orders when price is reached
  • Trailing Stop Orders: Adjust stop price as market moves
  • OCO Orders: One Cancels Other conditional orders

Minimum trade sizes vary by asset:

  • Forex: 0.01 lots (1,000 units of base currency)
  • Stocks: Fractional shares (minimum $1 value)
  • Crypto: Varies by coin (e.g., 0.0001 BTC)
  • Commodities: 0.01 lots
  • Indices: 0.1 lots

These may differ for certain account types or promotions.

Leverage allows you to control larger positions with less capital. Our maximum leverage varies by asset class and regulatory requirements:

  • Retail Accounts: Up to 30:1 (forex), 5:1 (crypto), 5:1 (stocks)
  • Professional Accounts: Up to 500:1 (forex), 100:1 (crypto)

Higher leverage increases both potential profits and losses. Use appropriate risk management tools like stop-loss orders.

Trading hours depend on the market:

  • Forex: 24 hours, Sunday 5 PM ET to Friday 5 PM ET
  • Stocks: Exchange hours (typically 9:30 AM - 4 PM ET)
  • Crypto: 24/7 trading
  • Commodities: Varies by product (typically 18-23 hours daily)

Some instruments may have limited liquidity during off-hours.

Withdrawals & Transfers

To withdraw funds:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to the "Withdraw" section
  3. Select your withdrawal method
  4. Enter the amount and required details
  5. Confirm the withdrawal (may require 2FA)

Withdrawals are processed to the original payment method where possible. For security, we may require additional verification for large withdrawals.

Withdrawal processing times:

  • Crypto: 0-24 hours (plus network confirmation time)
  • Bank Transfers: 2-5 business days

First withdrawals may take longer due to security checks. Weekend and holiday processing may be delayed.

Common reasons for rejected withdrawals:

  • Account not fully verified
  • Insufficient available balance
  • Withdrawal method not verified
  • Security review in progress
  • Attempt to withdraw to unverified payment method
  • Bonus terms not met

You'll receive an email explaining any rejection and next steps.

Security & Privacy

  • Cold Storage: 98% of client funds are kept offline
  • Withdrawal Whitelisting: Approve new withdrawal destinations via email

We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling all available security features.

2FA adds an extra layer of security beyond just a password. When enabled:

  1. You'll enter your username and password as usual
  2. Then provide a one-time code from your authenticator app

  • Authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy)
  • SMS codes (less secure)
  • Hardware security keys

2FA is required for withdrawals and sensitive account changes.

Note that trading losses are not covered by any insurance. Only insolvency of our custodians is covered.
